• Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. 

•  Cancellations made within 7 days before arrival will incur a charge of 50% of the total reservation amount. 

• Cancellations made within 3 days before arrival, no-shows, or early departures will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount. 

• Changes to stay dates or room categories are subject to availability at the time of request.

• Different cancellation policies may apply to promotional rates, special offers, and bookings during public holidays or peak seasons.

• Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM.
